A stunning Triathlon with a swim in the beautiful Ellingham Waterski Lake, bike through the gorgeous New Forest with its wild ponies and horses finishing with a typically New Forest run with quiet country roads. Distances to suit all, bring the whole family to enjoy the great atmosphere and event village.
Middle Distance Triathlon:
Swim 1.9km (2 laps of Ellingham Water Ski Lake), transition run 1km, cycle 90km, run 21km
RELAY teams accepted of 2 to 3 people
Other distances:
Standard Triathlon: 1.1km swim, transition run 1km, cycle 33km, run 10km
Sprint: 400m swim, transition run 1km, cycle 33km, 5km run
Aquabike: 1900m swim, 90km bike (your transition will be at Ellingham Lake so no transition run!)
Duathlon: 5km run, 33km bike, 5km Run
Great for spectators with a super event village providing coffee, pizza, mechanic, post event massage, kids fun stuff and more!

"I've only started /done a few events but can say this one was terrific. Everything seemed really well organised and ran smoothly even though my own preparation wasn't! All the staff, helpers, marshalls were really welcoming and encouraging - it was great getting a cheer/clap at the various points on the course. Really enjoyed the swim venue - a beautiful spot and smoother water than the indoor pool I normally use. Bike course was open roads but virtually no traffic and marshalls on all the turns so never any doubt about the route. Good range of free post race snacks was unexpected but very welcome. Car Parking is available within Moyles Court School. Camping available for the night before event day in Moyles Court School - Book HERE.
Road Closure - All event participants are required to be parked at Moyles Court School by 07:30 (at the latest). This is to ensure all vehicles are in place before the first athlete exits the lake and road closures come into effect. Please note that no vehicle movement will be permitted between 06:30 and 14:30, except for emergency services and local resident access. Participants will be permitted to leave the venue from 12:30 onwards, once all cyclists have passed through the course and is safe to do so.
