LANZAROTE TRAINING CAMP

Tuesday 25th March - Tuesday 1st April 2025 | Sands Beach Resort

Come and join us for a week's training camp with our top coaches who will assist and help you make REAL improvements to become a better triathlete. There is a PACKED timetable however you are welcome to take part in as much or as little as you'd like. Our goal is to facilitate you at your level and encourage you to learn and achieve. This camp is open to all abilities. 

The week will consist of:

Swimming sessions (in the hotel's 8 lane 25m pool and open water sea swims) + Video Swim Analysis *additional fee

Daily rides on amazing routes right from the hotel door, with multiple options to shorten/lengthen the rides based on ability and how "up for it" you are!

Running sessions and coaching on running technique as well as structured sessions

Transition skills training to get you ready for the forthcoming events season

Strength and conditioning workshops

A chance to work on your training plan for the year ahead

Group meals out with the team

And lots of fun in the sunshine!

Example day itinerary:

08:00: 60 minute coached swim session (speed, technique, strength sets)

10:00 - 14:00: Bike ride (ranges from 40km to 120km for people's different abilities. Includes a cafe stop or two!)

15:00: Swim analysis seminar/ yoga session/ S&C skills workshop (or free time)

16:00 - 17:00: Optional Run session

18.30: Group Meal some evenings. Endless opportunities to chat with the team, to learn, develop and become a better triathlete and just have some good meals out!

The package includes an apartment at The Sands Beach Resort based on two people sharing for 7 nights accommodation (Tuesday - Tuesday). If you are not coming with a partner or friend, we will match you up to a same-sex person to share a room with. Additional fee if you wish to have sole occupancy. You will need to book your flights and transfers independently and make sure you have the correct travel insurance. 

Cost for the camp is £675 which includes 7 nights acccomodation, all coaching and pool lanes. You can bring your own bike or there are plenty to hire from the resort itself with its onsite bike shop. To secure your place, sign up with a £100 non-refundable deposit and final payment of £575 will be required 8 weeks before the camp.
