This event is a low tide beach run along the beautiful shoreline of Bournemouth Beach heading out towards Sandbanks Beach. You start and finish on the West side of the pier. Both 5km and 10km distances are available to enter. The run is all on the sand a jumping the groynes will add a super fun but tough challenge! Can you make it back in time before the tide comes in?

A fun, family friendly event to enter! Your four legged, furry friend is very welcome to run alongside you, however you must wear a suitable running harness and lead for your dog.

Want to become a Challenging Events Marshal? Volunteers take on many important tasks, from car parking, helping on registration, marshalling out on the course to running a water stop. Marshalling is a super fun day out and without your support to help us deliver the best possible event, our events just wouldn't be able to run. You really can make a huge difference! 

Each event is different but you will have a dedicated manager to brief you on your duties and look after you throughout the day. Timings will vary from event to event. We will provide you with a high visibility vest so that you are seen to be part of our event.
